When we hear sounds, images are drawn into our minds. When you see something, sounds ring in your head.

Sounds are connected to images, and images are also connected to sounds. This project reminds the fact that sound and images are related.

During the 100 seconds long video, you can find overlapped sound and images, mixed and disappeared sound and images.

We see with ears, we hear with eyes. Perhaps there is no 'Invisible sound' or 'Inaudible Images' in this world.

어떠한 소리를 들으면 우리 머릿속에는 어떤 이미지가 그려진다. 어떤 이미지를 보면 머릿속에는 소리가 울린다. 소리는 이미지를, 이미지는 소리를 연상시킨다.

<보이는 소리 들리는 이미지>는 소리와 이미지의 연관성을 영상 콜라주를 통해 전달한다. 영상은 100초간 진행되며 소리와 이미지는 서로 겹쳐지거나 뒤섞인 채 나타나고 사라지기를 반복한다.

무언가 보면 소리가 들리고, 들으면 무언가가 보인다. 우리는 눈으로 듣고 귀로 본다. 아마도 이 세상에는 '보이지 않는 소리'나 '들리지 않는 이미지' 같은 것은 존재하지 않을지도 모른다.
