ShareCare
ShareCare is a case-study based project developed as a service concept for caregivers and domestic helpers in Hong Kong.
The project began with research around PharmCare by Acesobee, one of the leading health-tech care solution providers in Hong Kong. Based on interviews, service mapping, and scenario building, ShareCare was designed as a simple and secure tool that helps caregivers share information, track daily tasks, and stay aligned with families.
The UX/UI, visual identity, and key screens were developed to reduce friction in communication, save time, and make caregiving more sustainable for those who support others every day.
ShareCare는 홍콩 내 가사 도우미와 요양사를 위한 케어 서비스 콘셉트를 사례 연구 형식으로 발전시킨 프로젝트입니다.
홍콩 헬스케어 스타트업인 PharmCare(Acesobee)를 리서치 출발점으로 삼아, 인터뷰와 서비스 구조 분석, 시나리오 작성을 통해 케어 기버들의 실제 어려움과 요구를 정리했습니다.
ShareCare는 일정과 복약, 공지사항 등을 간단하고 안전하게 공유할 수 있는 도구를 목표로 하며, UX/UI와 비주얼 아이덴티티 역시 ‘부담을 덜어주는 서비스’라는 인상을 중심으로 설계했습니다.
